The Richardson Park Community Action Program is committed to serving the needy in our community. Donations are greatly appreciated and vital to sustaining our mission.  We are located below St. Matthew Church. The Pantry is open Monday and Thursday (10am to 2pm) & Tuesday and Wednesday (6pm to 8pm) Please call (302) 428-1247 for any additional information.
